Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Cibes|Symmetry is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Woodworker to build components used in our residential elevators and accessibility products.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who enjoys working with wood, operating machinery, and seeing the results of their craftsmanship. Whether your experience comes from woodworking, cabinetry, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and shape wood components used in elevators and accessibility products
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work orders
  • Determine the materials and specifications needed for each project
  • Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, routers, planers, drill presses, and sanders
  • Assemble components using screws, nails, adhesives, and other fastening methods
  • Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality
  • Adjust machinery and equipment to maintain accuracy and product specifications
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and light maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Participate in cross-training and support other team members as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment. Employees must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday

  • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
