Team Member – Part-Time (15–30 Hours Per Week)


Pay: $15–$16 per hour


Job Summary

The Fun Playce is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Team Member to help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and their families. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


This is a part-time position with approximately 15–30 hours per week, based on business needs and employee availability.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and check them in upon arrival, ensuring waivers are completed accurately.
  • Supervise play areas and help maintain a safe environment by enforcing playground rules.
  • Engage with children and families to create a positive, fun experience.
  • Clean and sanitize play equipment, party rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
  • Assist with birthday parties and special events, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Perform routine safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide outstanding customer service.


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with children in childcare, education, recreation, or a similar setting is a plus.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
