Forte Well-Being Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to deliver individualized mental health counseling services to adults with mild to moderate mental health concerns. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. We offer both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (a minimum of 5 hours/week) options, providing a flexible schedule that enables you to set your own hours within our service needs. As part of our telehealth environment, you will use a user-friendly video chat platform to connect with your clients, streamlining the counseling process and enhancing accessibility.

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific struggles.
• Employ evidence-based practices to assist clients in building effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills.
• Document client interactions and progress in a clear and organized manner to maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client feedback and progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress, and adjustment disorders. These clients may include young professionals, parents, and individuals facing life transitions. Your ability to connect with and motivate clients will be key to fostering positive treatment outcomes.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Commitment to ethical practice, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including a stable internet connection.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience in a remote counseling role, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on hours worked and experience.
