Forte Well-Being Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to deliver individualized mental health counseling services to adults with mild to moderate mental health concerns. In this fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of clients by guiding them on their journey to improved mental well-being.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. We offer both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (a minimum of 5 hours/week) options, providing a flexible schedule that enables you to set your own hours within our service needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific struggles.
  • Employ evidence-based practices to assist clients in building effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills.

Qualifications
