Joyce Koons Honda, one of the top Northern Virginia dealerships, is seeking Full-time Honda Service Technicians seeking a four day work week.  We are a progressive, customer-focused automotive retailer and service center located in Manassas, Virginia. We are experiencing huge growth in our Honda service business; therefore, we are looking for candidates at the top of their game with a strong track record.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work. All work performed must be in accordance with dealer and manufacturer specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the repairs and maintenance requested by the customer and listed on the repair order

  • Identify and report any additional needed repairs to the service advisor

  • Maintain CSI/TSI ratings equal to or higher than zone averages

  • Understand the terminology of the automobile industry

  • Develop career skills through regular training and instruction

Qualifications:

  • Honda / Acura experience is a HUGE plus

  • Must have own tools

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Must pass drug screen and background check

  • VA State Inspection License is a plus
