CNC Operator
Location: Dexter, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Dexter, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines, inspecting parts for quality, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC experience who is mechanically inclined and looking to grow their skills with a family-owned company.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Operation: Load and unload parts, operate CNC equipment, and maintain production levels while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment while documenting quality information and following inspection procedures.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, oiling, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance while changing tools, drills, and inserts as needed.
In addition, you will stock machines with production materials, monitor machine performance, enter production and quality data, and assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
