Job description

CNC Operator – Woodworking (Not Metal Machining)
Important: This is a woodworking manufacturing facility. We operate CNC routers and related equipment for cabinetry and millwork—not metal machining.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator with hands-on experience in woodworking and cabinet manufacturing. This role is responsible for operating CNC routers, edgebanders, and related equipment to produce high-quality custom components while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Basic Assembly is a strong plus but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC routers and/or edgebanders
Load materials according to programmed job specifications
Milling of hardwoods/operating jointer and planer
Cutting sheet goods/operating table saw
Operate overhead sander
Verify machine settings and perform first-run inspections
Monitor production to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and consistency
Maintain accurate production records
Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members and production leadership to meet deadlines
Complete tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor
Occasional driving is required for this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
