Ready to Lead? Join Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Team!


The Warehouse Lead 2nd shift will oversee and coordinate the daily warehouse activities including but not limited to personnel, productivity with the goal of meeting or exceeding daily performance expectations directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Hourly Rate and Schedule:

  • $21.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours
  • Sunday - Thursday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm (start/end time may vary based on coverage and business needs)

Requirements for Warehouse Worker:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Previous warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift or man lift (cherry picker), preferred.
  • Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting.
  • Must obtain forklift and manlift certification within 3 months.
  • Must be able to work up to 25 feet above ground level.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, manlifts, and electric pallet jacks.
  • Oversee the receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
  • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and performance, providing coaching as needed.
  • Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
  • Complete required reports, communications, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
