As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the continued replenishment of all products and material within their allotted bays and bin locations. This positions helps by maintaining inventory accuracy, adapts to shifting priorities, and upholds all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transfer materials from staging areas to secondary and primary locations.
  • Conduct all cycle counts according to the defined schedule.
  • Implement and maintain a visual warehouse by labeling locations and recording load locations in BisTrack.
  • Segregate materials based on specified criteria.
  • Work closely with production areas to determine and execute necessary stock adjustments daily.
  • Adapt to operational needs, including unloading and picking materials as required.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Capability to repetitively lift 75 lbs.
  • Experience with operating a forklift, perferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including various weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
  • Capability to push and pull carts as needed.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Physical Requirements:
Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)
Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
