Job description


As a Machine Operator - Level 2 - 2nd Shift here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for setting up machines, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will impact our production operations by ensuring that machinery is operating efficiently and effectively. You will help to minimize downtime, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Required to Cross Train and run Extruders, Pelletizers and Recycle Machines.
  • Must follow all Safety rules and Policy's .
  • Shift schedule is 8 hour shift with exception for Saturdays which will be 12 hour shift.
  • Days off rotate.
  • Must be able to read Tape measure, Work as Team, have good attendance record.
  • Solstice will provide all required PPE.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Strong technical skills in machine operation and troubleshooting

Compensation:
