The Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing web experiences while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality digital solutions.

โ€ข building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem
โ€ข partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems
โ€ข support website migrations and consolidation efforts
โ€ข transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
โ€ข Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
โ€ข Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
โ€ข Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
โ€ข Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
โ€ข Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
โ€ข Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
โ€ข Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
โ€ข Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
