Important: This Is an Active Warehouse Position

We want applicants to know exactly what to expect before applying.

This position is located inside a large, active warehouse environment. Parts of the facility can become warm or hot, especially during warmer weather.

Employees should be comfortable:

• Working in a warm or hot warehouse environment
• Walking for extended periods throughout the shift
• Standing for most of the workday
• Frequently bending, reaching, stooping, and moving
• Moving throughout a large facility
• Performing repetitive cleaning tasks
• Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies, trash, and equipment
• Staying productive in a physically active position

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you'll help keep this busy facility clean, safe, and ready for the employees who work there every day.

Responsibilities may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms, offices, entrances, and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling throughout the facility
• Replacing trash liners
• Restocking soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Responding to spills and unexpected cleaning needs
• Walking assigned cleaning routes throughout the warehouse
• Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas organized
• Following Clean Team and facility safety requirements
• Reporting maintenance or supply concerns to your supervisor

Second Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We're also hiring a dependable Second Shift Supervisor who is ready to lead from the front.

The supervisor will help:

• Lead and support the second-shift cleaning team
• Assign and inspect cleaning routes
• Train new employees
• Help maintain attendance and staffing coverage
• Perform quality inspections
• Communicate with Clean Team management
• Make sure supplies and equipment are available
• Address cleaning issues during the shift
• Assist with cleaning when additional support is needed
• Help ensure the facility meets Clean Team's quality standards every night

We're looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, stays organized, and is comfortable working alongside their team.

Previous janitorial, warehouse, supervisory, or team-lead experience is preferred for the supervisor position.

Commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required for cleaning positions. We will train the right person.
