We are in search of an experienced IT Business Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience. This resource will be brought on to help support our Check Processing group.

*Previous Check processing experience is required.

Desired Experience:

At least 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Banking industry experience specifically check processing

Strong testing experience. Ability to execute test cases.

Experience participating in the full SDLC

Experience with work flows / process flows

Experience with process improvement

Effective identification of business problems, assessment of proposed solutions to those problems, and understanding of the needs of stakeholders.

Support the development of effective working relationships with stakeholders

Supports understanding of the environment in which business analysis is performed and knowledge of general business principles and available solutions

Effective communication skills support business analysts in eliciting and communicating requirements among stakeholders. Communication skills address the need to listen to and understand the audience, understanding how an audience perceives the business analyst, understanding of the communications objective(s), the message itself, and the most appropriate media and format for communication
