We are seeking an Interior Designer II to join our Las Vegas team and contribute to hospitality and gaming projects across all phases of design and delivery. This role is ideal for a designer who combines creativity with technical execution and is eager to grow within a collaborative, design-driven environment.

The Interior Designer II will engage in developing design concepts, documentation, and technical solutions while supporting project teams through all phases of the work. This individual will independently move portions of project scope forward with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with project leaders, consultants, and clients.

What you will be doing:
  • Contribute to the design and documentation of hospitality and gaming projects through all phases, from concept through construction administration
  • Develop design solutions through sketching, space planning, 2D/3D modeling, visualization, and technical detailing
  • Prepare and support client presentations through compelling visual, verbal, and graphic communication
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support integrated project delivery and BIM documentation
  • Assist with construction administration activities, including site observations, submittal review, and design verification
  • Support FF&E coordination, finish selections, specifications, and material research
  • Research hospitality trends, project types, and regenerative design strategies to inform design solutions
  • Apply working knowledge of interior materials, building codes, and permitting requirements
  • Maintain interior resource libraries and collaborate with manufacturer representatives and vendors
  • Produce thoughtful, high-quality work while managing assigned project responsibilities with increasing independence
What we look for:
  • 3 - 6 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within hospitality and/or gaming
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality design, visualization, space planning, and technical documentation skills
  • Experience contributing to projects across multiple phases, including construction documentation and coordination
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of visualization and modeling tools such as Enscape, Lumion, and/or Rhino
  • Understanding of FF&E coordination, interior materials, detailing, and applicable building codes
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
