Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will work with stakeholders of a health care insurance payer to gather business requirements for initiatives. You will collaborate with the business to convert business requirements into data requirements, defining source, target, transformation, and other ETL pipeline requirements for data movement. You will analyze data scenarios in target data layers before developing functional requirements and account for all data scenarios.
You will logically separate initiative requirements into multiple features and releases, ensure specification documentation remains up to date for a given subject area, and work with Product Owners to provide guidance on business expectations, risks, and issues. You will also partner with Data Engineers to resolve questions during planning sessions and ensure code and design quality are maintained for ETL processes.
You must be proficient in health care payer terminology with a strong ETL background. Strong experience in data analysis, data profiling, and SQL is required. Knowledge of ETL tools such as Ab Initio, Informatica, or equivalent technologies is preferred. Familiarity with Facets is also helpful.

Work is on East Coast time zone.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Health Care payer terms with good ETL background

  • Strong data Analysis/profiling / SQL knowledge.

  • ETL - Preferred Abinitio or informatica or any equivalent knowledge is fine.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Facets is an advantage.
