Job description

Part-Time Position available: Seeking one or more qualified individuals with experience in digitaal marketing, wordpress updates, general front desk administartive duties, and events planning/coordination skills to serve as an Office coordinator for a banquet and conference center and an engineering consulting firm (small business consortium).

General responsibilities would include routine front desk responsibilities, events planning and coordination, traditional and digital marketing, and record keeping, and general office duties. Cheerful, diligent, dedicated and qualified individuals able to work independently and collectively to run the operations smooth are highly valued. This multi-tasked position has great potential for advancement in career and growth with the business. Hours between 15 to 25 a week.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Degree or College Education in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or other related fields.

2. Excellent customer service, networking, and marketing skills on social media, search engines, and other platforms.
