• Troubleshoot, test, and repair temperature-controlled cargo containers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues.
• Perform structural repairs including riveting, patching, and component replacement.
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to customers when needed.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.

You'll work in a clean, organized, climate-controlled repair facility alongside a small team of technicians and supportive leadership. The role offers a mix of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural repair work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue expanding their technical skill set.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
