Full-time, Part-time

Posted 5 days ago

Job description

We'll help pay off your student loans.

Precision Eyecare is offering $25,000/year in student loan repayment for up to five years—on top of a base salary of $200K+. After three years, you'll have the option to buy in as partner or purchase the practice outright.

No weekends. No evenings. Home by 5.

TOTAL COMPENSATION (5 years):

Base salary: $200,000+

Student loan repayment: Up to $125,000 ($25K/year for up to 5 years)

Health insurance + retirement plan (4+ days/week)

Paid malpractice

CE stipend: $500/year

Partnership/ownership opportunity at year 3

THE PRACTICE:

Fast-paced, full-scope, private practice. I need a second doctor who can keep up.

You'll do comprehensive medical eye exams, contact lens fits, ocular disease management, and pre/post-op care for cataract and glaucoma patients. We co-manage with ophthalmology and have excellent relationships with referring providers in the community.

We're fully equipped—Optos, OCT, Visual Fields—and staffed with a team that knows what they're doing. They've been here for years because the culture is real: accountable, supportive, no drama.

THE SCHEDULE:

Office open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Minimum 3 days/week, flexible on which days. Part-time or full-time—your call.

THE PLACE:

Brookings is where the redwoods meet the Pacific. Mildest climate on the Oregon coast. Surfing, hiking, fishing, kayaking—all 10 minutes away. Cost of living that makes your paycheck actually feel like $200K+.

It's a small town with a tight community, and this practice has been part of it for decades. If you want to build something that matters—not just clock in at a corporate retail chain—this is the gig.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Oregon license (or willing to obtain)

• Comfortable with volume—this is a fast-paced practice

• Confident managing ocular disease across anterior and posterior segment

• Residency or 3+ years experience preferred, but we'll talk to sharp new grads who want to learn fast
