Job description

RBT Retention Bonus: $1000 ($500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months with proof of active RBT certification)
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00/hour (Based on RBT status and experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 – 8:00 PM (20 Hours)

You will work 1:1 with a client in Springfield, VA implementing individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs created by your BCBA. You won't be on an island; you will have the full backing of our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition into this stable home environment.

Required SkillsExperienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional ABA experience.
Local: Ideally, living in or near Springfield to keep your evening commute short.
Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a passion for the field.
Logistics: Must have a willingness to complete a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.
