RBT Retention Bonus: $1500 ($750 at 3 months and $750 at 6 months with proof of active RBT certification)
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00/hour (Based on RBT status and experience)
Schedule: 12-hour/week (3:30-6:30, three days a week, plus 3 hours of case notes time)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 clinician for an established case in Manassas. This family is looking for a long-term clinical partner to join their team. Because the protocols are already established and the program is stable, this is an ideal role for an RBT who values clear structure and meaningful rapport-building.

Responsibilities​​​​​​​​​​​​You will implement individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. You won't be on an island; you will have the full backing of our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition into this stable home environment.Required Skills

• Reliable: This is our #1 requirement. You understand that consistency is the key to progress for our families.
• Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience working with children.
• Local: Ideally living in or near Manassas to keep your commute short and stress-free.
• Qualified: Must have a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Willingness to complete a background check is required.
• Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a passion for the field.
