Job description

Day To Day:

  • Scheduling for podiatry and orthopedics appointments
  • Environment: cubicle setting
  • Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days and call volume decreases throughout the week
  • Each call lasting 3:30-5 minutes
  • Training: 2 weeks depending on experience

Duration: 3-month contract + potential extensions

Hours: M-F – must be able to work any shift between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

MUST HAVES:

  • 1 year healthcare call center experience
  • Can type at least 35 words a minute
  • Can multitask (speak on the phone and type at the same time)
  • Experience scheduling patients, adding insurance, and telephone encounters within EPIC
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable working with 2 screens
  • Education: HS diploma
