Job Description:
Are you detail-oriented, enjoy computer work, and thrive in a structured, quiet environment? We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team on 2nd shift. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of insurance documents by reviewing document images and entering missing data into our database.

This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Please note: We will require a typing test to be completed


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance document images for missing data
  • Enter data accurately and quickly into the database
  • Follow specific procedures in accordance with client requirements
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
  • Adapt to changing procedures and assignments as needed
  • Work efficiently in a collaborative but non-conversational office environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed 
  • Comfortable working 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

  • Proficiency with computers is a must; office experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to learn and retain multiple procedures quickly
