This assignment is a 4-Day a week opportunity. 9a-5p (1st shift).
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate individual to provide housing stabilization families experiencing homelessness in our Rapid Re-housing (RRH) Program. As a RRH Housing Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible with managing a caseload of singles, with multiple housing barriers, as they work toward housing and economic stability.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1 year experience in case management
* Strong written communication skills.
* Strong understanding of the health system, community-based organizations, and partners in the designated service area(s).
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 126.
* Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test,
