Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Day Shifts
  • Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Evening Shift
  • Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Extended Day Shifts (4-Day Week)
  • Sunday-Wednesday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Overnight Shift
  • Sunday-Wednesday | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Shift availability may vary based on business needs.
Compensation: $19.75-$22.00/hour

How You'll Make an Impact

Responsibilities include:
  • Mixing pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas
  • Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision
  • Operating blending and lab production equipment
  • Following pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation
  • Maintaining batch documentation and production records
  • Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy
  • Keeping lab workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Helping ensure medications are produced safely, accurately, and on time

During your first few months, you will learn the foundations of compounding pharmacy operations, build confidence with equipment and procedures, and become part of a team focused on delivering high-quality work that supports animals across the country.

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License (Wedgewood will provide training and monetary support)
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Basic math skills including averages, ratios, and measurements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
