The Upper Elementary Teacher supports a joyful, structured, and purposeful classroom culture where all students, regardless of ability, feel a sense of belonging and are empowered to succeed. The teacher delivers standards-aligned math instruction, facilitates meaningful learning experiences, and builds authentic relationships with students to foster their academic growth and social-emotional development. The Upper Elementary Teacher plays a key role in implementing the school's vision for equity and excellence, ensuring all students achieve at high levels and embody the school's core values of practice, service, and purpose. The Upper Elementary Teacher reports to the Assistant Principal of Instruction and collaborates with the school team to create a positive and adaptive learning environment.
