What you'll do:
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
  • Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
  • Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

What you'll need:
  • Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
  • Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
