Machine Operator
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $18 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Shifts will turn into 12 hours Jan 2027)

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. Your work directly supports the products we deliver and the customers who rely on them. Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:
  • Assembling materials and operating production equipment according to specifications
  • Measuring, assembling, and applying chemicals with accuracy and care
  • Transporting raw materials and finished products safely
  • Performing routine inspections of materials, solutions, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Accurately recording process data and production information
  • Using data to make informed decisions and identify potential issues
  • Communicating any product, process, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Following all safety guidelines and contributing to a safe, team-focused environment
Requirements for the Machine Operator:
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance habits

  • Must have 3 years of machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment
