Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Surgical Critical Care - Hospital in Miami is seeking an Intensivist|Critical Care Physician to join a growing SICU Intensivist group. Surgical ICU is staffed 24|7 with an Intensivists. The physician will work about 12-14, 12 hour shifts per month, rotating between consecutive day and night shifts. As an Intensivist, you will be the SICU Attending with responsibility for Critical Care in-house response, initial evaluations of new admissions to the unit, and collaborate with primary attending or surgeon.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary critical care.
• BE|BC in critical care with excellent clinical training
• Advanced training in critical care preferred
• Those with strong interest in clinical research and medical education are encouraged to apply
