Familiarity with industry-specific tools—such as point-of-sale systems for retail, security monitoring equipment, or warehouse machinery—may be required. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important soft skills for success. These capabilities ensure smooth overnight operations, safety, and productivity when staffing is minimal and resources may be limited.
