Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects
  • Establish and maintain project budgets and cost accounting
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements and material purchase orders
  • Review and approve invoicing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owner/clients, engineers and subcontractors
  • Review preconstruction deliverable prior to submittal
