Shift Detail: Day and evening rotator, every other weekend evening and every other holiday

Cedar Mountain Commons is a not-for-profit independent and assisted living retirement community, where residents are able to maintain their independence while living in the safety and comfort of a service-rich environment. We are a compassionate, highly trained and certified staff which aims to provide residents with the care they need at the standards they expect.

Within the context of the Nursing Professional Practice Framework, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients/families within a unit, service or other primary area of practice.

  • Collaborates with members of health care team to assist residents in achieving established outcomes of care.
  • Reports to Resident Care Director
