Nashville Riverboats is seeking a 100-Ton Master Captain to command our iconic passenger vessels along the Cumberland River. This is more than a navigation role โ€” itโ€™s a leadership position at the heart of Music Cityโ€™s waterfront hospitality scene.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Command and safely operate a 90โ€™+ passenger riverboat โ€” Safety First, Always
  • Navigate swift currents and execute precision docing
  • Lead and mentor crew while setting the tone for service excellence
  • Serve as a visible ambassador of professionalism and hospitality
  • Play a key role in milestone events and memorable guest experiences

What You Bring

  • USCG 100-Ton Masterโ€™s License (required)
  • Experience captaining 90โ€™+ passenger vessels
