Job description

We are seeking a Radiologic to join a well known healthcare system in Oregon. In this role you will deliver precise imaging that lets physicians know each patient, care for them, and ease their way through diagnosis and treatment. Your work directly supports our Mission of serving all, especially those who are poor and vulnerable, with world-class health and human connection every day.

Performance Objectives
  • Produce diagnostic-quality images on first attempt for 95%+ of exams so radiologists can interpret accurately and patients avoid repeat radiation.
  • Complete scheduled and add-on studies within established turnaround times, reducing average wait times while never compromising safety or compassion.
  • Explain procedures in plain language so patients feel known and cooperate fully, lifting imaging-specific satisfaction scores.
  • Apply ALARA principles and equipment checks daily, achieving zero reportable radiation or safety events.
  • Document completely in the EHR and communicate findings promptly so care teams can act without delay.
  • Mentor new caregivers and students, strengthening department competency and continuity of care.
Environment & Resources

You will work alongside radiologists, nurses, and fellow technologists in a modern imaging suite equipped with current digital radiography systems. You report to the Imaging Supervisor and have access to continuing-education funds, radiation-safety resources, and the full support of a 120,000-caregiver ministry that walks with you so you can walk with patients.

Essential Qualifications
  • Current ARRT (R) certification and applicable state radiologic technologist license upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS (AHA) upon hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality images independently in an acute or high-volume outpatient setting.
  • Proven radiation-safety practice and patient-education skills that match the objectives above.
  • Comfort using EHR and PACS to keep the care team informed.
Role Selling Points
  • Best-in-class benefits designed so you can stay well, grow professionally, and achieve financial security while we take care of you.
  • A culture where your voice matters and whole-person care is the daily standard.
  • More than 100 years of serving the most vulnerable—your images help continue that tradition.
  • Career pathways across 50+ hospitals and 1,000+ clinics in seven states.

Apply today and join caregivers who know that extraordinary imaging is an act of healing love. We will walk alongside you so you can ease the way for every patient you serve.
