Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service
- Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
- Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:- Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
- Over 3 years in food and beverage management
- Must have a food handling license
- Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
