AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT – HIGH INCOME POTENTIAL + CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Carl Hogan Automotive is growing and looking for motivated, energetic people ready to build a successful career in automotive sales.

You do NOT need previous automotive experience to succeed here. We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow. We provide the training, support, inventory, and customer traffic to help you build a long-term career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Build relationships and create an outstanding customer experience
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Work leads from internet inquiries, phone calls, and showroom traffic
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and promotions
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
