Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced, dependable Freight Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of freight across assigned routes. This is a OTR Monday–Friday position, giving you every weekend to rest, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most. WEEKENDS OPTIONAL.
Compensation:
Drivers earn 30% of each trip's gross value — the more you haul, the more you earn. This structure rewards efficiency and dedication with direct, measurable returns on your effort.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a commercial freight vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
  • Pick up, transport, and deliver freight accurately and on schedule.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain up-to-date driver logs.
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or incidents.
  • Handle freight with care to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all DOT requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable freight or trucking experience preferred.
  • Clean MVR and satisfactory background check.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct and appearance.
