• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, diagnostics, and evaluations to establish accurate health profiles for patients.

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• A current and unrestricted state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring efficient documentation and patient management.
• Commitment to quality patient care, with strong communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to build trust with patients and colleagues alike.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting, with a focus on patient engagement and chronic disease management.
