Job description

Ready for a change from hospital hours?

Columbus Arthritis Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient specialty practice. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, no on-call shifts, and no major holiday shifts.

Our Radiologic Technologists perform diagnostic imaging for our rheumatology patients while also supporting the administrative and operational needs of the radiology department. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys patient care, values a predictable schedule, and is comfortable with a position that combines clinical and administrative responsibilities.

How You'll Contribute

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by our providers
  • Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Follow appropriate radiation safety and patient identification procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation
  • Prepare imaging studies for provider review and ensure results are appropriately routed
  • Assist with scheduling, patient communication, records, and other radiology-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain radiology equipment, supplies, and work areas
  • Follow established quality assurance and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the CAC team
  • Provide additional support to the radiology department and practice as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current Ohio radiologic license
  • ARRT certification preferred
  • DEXA experience is a plus
  • Strong patient service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team
  • Outpatient or physician-practice experience is a plus, but not required

  • Monday?Friday | 8:30 AM?5:00 PM
  • No weekends. No on-call. No major holidays.
