Job description
V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a professional engineer and project manager (4+ years’ experience) in our Central Ohio office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.
You’ll change the shape of your community by modernizing systems that protect public health and the environment. And, as a part of our Water Supply & Wastewater team (WS/WW), you’ll be a key team member in the delivery of complex WS/WW work including treatment facilities, pumping and piping systems and you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.
What You’ll Do
- Be a project level leader for engineering tasks such as concept design, data analysis, calculation, hydraulic and process modeling, sketching, detailed design, report writing and preparation of bid documents
- Engage in field activities both during design and as part of construction oversight
- Participate in business development; client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development and proposals.
- Be a key member or leader of multi‑disciplinary teams comprised of civil, process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and structural engineers as well as planners, landscape architects, surveyors and administrators.
- Build strong industry and community relationships
- Actively engage in V3’s local and company culture which is built around employee and client experience, career growth and community service
