We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys tackling a variety of creative challenges. While strong design fundamentals are essential, we're especially interested in candidates with motion design expertise who can bring ideas to life across digital and social channels.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute creative solutions across a variety of channels, including digital, social, experiential, merchandising, packaging, and retail marketing.
• Create motion graphics and animated content using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Translate strategic insights and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and campaign executions.
• Develop engaging social-first creative assets and motion-based content that connect with consumers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, account teams, and clients throughout the creative process.
• Present design concepts with confidence and clearly communicate creative rationale.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while maintaining visual consistency across deliverables.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, motion techniques, digital experiences, and consumer behavior.
• Contribute ideas that push creative thinking and help elevate the overall quality of work across the team.
• Support photography and content development initiatives as needed.
• Act as a trusted creative partner, providing feedback, mentorship, and collaboration within the team.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social, experiential, merchandising, packaging, or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics, animated social content, and digital creative assets.
• Strong visual design skills with mastery of typography, color, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work across multiple project types and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Direct experience working with internal stakeholders, clients, or cross-functional partners.
