Job description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates from accredited truck driving programs, for regional no‑touch dry van service. This is a weekly‑home opportunity with consistent routing and predictable schedules.

  • Route & schedule: Regional lanes (OH, MI, KY, IN, IL). Home weekly on weekends; at least a 34‑hour reset on weekends. Typical pattern: depart Monday, return Saturday morning. Drivers must be willing to operate day or night shifts.
  • Equipment & freight: 53' dry van; 100% no‑touch freight.
  • Mileage: Average 1,500–1,800 miles per week.
  • Compensation: $1,200–$1,500 per week. Trainee pay $650 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience). Base pay typically $0.56–$0.64 per mile (dependent on experience and miles). $15 stop pay; $40 load pay (most loads qualify). Up to $0.06 per mile monthly performance bonus.
  • Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Minimum requirements

  • Age 21 or older.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted).
  • Fair driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI convictions in the recent past.
  • Not terminated from most recent employer for a safety‑related reason.
  • Employment history: consistent work over the past 10 years; no more than 6 months unemployed in the last year and no more than 12 months unemployed in the last 3 years (exceptions for school/training may apply).
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening, background checks, and other required verifications.
