Full time and Part time Speech Language Pathology openings in Central Ohio
At Broad River Rehab, we are committed to changing lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CFY) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio.
Full-Time Opportunity Option One: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Mt. Gilead. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Two: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Lewis Center. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Part-Time Opportunities Also AvailablePart-time schedules are available at each individual location:
- Marion, OH
- Mt. Gilead, OH
- Lewis Center, OH
- Full-time schedule with 4- or 5-day flexibility (30-40 hours weekly)
- Sign-On Bonus

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
- Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certification
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
