Transportation Associate Columbus Ohio- Groveport

What You’ll Do:

As a Transportation Associate, you’ll be an essential part of moving goods efficiently and safely within our fulfillment centers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs)—such as forklifts and pallet jacks—to transport goods between storage areas, loading docks, and shipping zones.
  • Adhering strictly to safety protocols, including load limits, speed restrictions, parking procedures, and designated travel routes.
  • Performing pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and completing vehicle inspection reports.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trailers, pallets, and packages in coordination with warehouse staff.

What You Bring:

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn—we’ll provide the PIT certification training on the job!
  • Physical stamina: standing, walking, and maneuvering equipment in high-traffic warehouse environments.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with dependability, attention to detail, and respect for coworkers.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Completion of Equipment Training & Safety certification program (provided on-site).
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked role.
  • Consistent dependability to work assigned shifts.
