Job description

Job Overview :
Our client needs a packaging engineer to support the transfer, commercialization, and launch of pharmaceutical products within a regulated manufacturing environment. The engineer will lead packaging and process-related activities including risk assessments, line trials, validation support, specification development, and cross-functional coordination with development, quality, operations, and regulatory teams. The role requires evaluating packaging systems and container closure solutions to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting products through commercialization and early lifecycle management.
Required Skills:
Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical packaging engineering, technology transfer, or manufacturing experience in a regulated environment
Experience with container closure systems, packaging specifications, validation activities, and commercialization support
Strong troubleshooting, risk assessment, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with serialization, pallet configurations, or packaging line optimization
Experience supporting site transfers, product launches, or process improvements
Exposure to SAP, TrackWise, eForms, or similar manufacturing quality systems
