Promote business activity based on the profit plan of YMA, following business administration policy from TOP MANAGEMENT and under the direction of your manager in order to achieve the targeted sales and missions proposed by the Ohio Sales Department.

-Precisely capture the trend of developments in new products of your customer(s) and of the competitor companies. Then make new development plans, promote development in new products, reinforce customer relationship and adjust the plans between related sections including JYC for optimization in the sale, collection, and inventory. 

-Organize and clearly communicate with the necessary people (both internally and externally) in order to improve the customer satisfaction as a Window Person for all aspects of Yokowo business and its products (e.g. development, quality, delivery, etc.).

 Your customer is Honda at this point. The following responsibilities are your tasks.

(1) Company's Sales Section   Role 

 '-As the Honda Account's Sales Coordinator, take the lead in all aspects of the Sales Position to ensure all   customer expectations are being 

met  in a timely manner.  In the event of missed  deadlines and communication errors, this includes development of internal  controls to determine

  root causes and countermeasures.  And, if necessary, coordinate multiple internal Divisions as well as outside Business Partner like 

 NIT and lead the company so that in order to meet customer's expectation.

(2) Sales Task

1Plannning New Products while adjusting the plan based on the customer's direction/market trend and find business opportunity that contribute future 

   sales and profit increase to the company....Marketing

2Lead internal RFQ Processes while taking care of required internal approval process and get future business&profit that contribute future sales 

  and profit increase to the company....Sales Expansion Role

3Taking care of Annual Price Negotiation, Unit Price,Tariff Negotiation...Price Negotiation

4Leading/Coordinating the new model launch activities including PPAP (Part Approval Process) and Internal DR Meeting with parent company

5Taking care of responsible Account's Sales Planning and Monthly Sales Forecast (including Sales Anticipation in the middle of the month)

6While working closely with Production Control, achieve obsolete inventory occurrence and optimal inventory amount.

   Also, while working with Production Control, taking a lead "Permanent Build Out Negotiation (Permanent Part Number Obsolete Ativitity) 

   and contribute to the healthy/well organized part control. ...Sales Task

7Taking a lead AR (Account Receivable) follow-up as well as abnormal cost reimbursement.

   (e.g. Air Freight Cost, Card board cost when it's occurred, etc.)

8Accept customer requirements (CSR, etc.), deploy and promote them within the company, and strive to improve customer satisfaction.

9Based on the company's policy, promote customer research/negotiation and PL leadership as necessary, and expand business and contribute to profits.

Details

1. Missions for a period

(1) No Account Receivables with more than 90 days.

(2) No delivery delays caused by sales side for prototype or event related parts.

(3) No delays in submission of Part Approval documents to Honda (in accordance with due date)

(4) Report what's dicussed with the cutomer with the assigned format so that it can be shared with Global Toyota/Subaru Account member

     + YMA members.

(5) Routinely offer recommendations and suggestions when presenting issues and challenges

(6) Training applicable associates while sharing the Management directions.

(7)  Assist and advise as needed with New Customer Sales team.

(8) Work direcly with parent company in Japan (JYC),orgainze Dessign Review meetings, and relay information from both sides

(9) In conjunction with other sales team members, communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

(1) Propose items that contribute to "More efficient Company Processes, Routine" and "Reducing Man-Power"     (Min 1 item/6 month)

(2) Manage all Honda account activities while building and maintaining teamwork in good shape and organize it and keep sharing

     plan and progresses with the Management.

(3) Investigate and propose YMA North American Development Themes to JYC (Not only limited with Honda, VCCS, but also with new business fields.)

(4) While keeping and improving the out-put quality of Honda Sales Team, improve efficiency. Focus and research for future businesses expansion.

(5) Take a proactive role in all that you do, try and anticipate "what if"/what possible issues might happen, what questions you might be asked and how customers and coworkers may react.  By doing so, be prepared to take action or be prepared to respond as needed before issues occur.
