Job description

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay: $28-$40/hour

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Schedule: Full-time | Every Other Weekend Required | Overtime Available

Job Summary

We are hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
  • Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
  • OR related technical education/training
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical components
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Basic PLC and robotics experience is preferred
  • Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
