Position OverviewÂ
ANS is seeking a versatile Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager to serve as a key owner of compensation, benefits, and HR operations processes. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will drive execution, improve processes, and help scale people practices across a multi-office, project-based organization.Â
This is an ideal role for a highly detail-oriented and analytical HR professional who enjoys both hands-on execution and continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment.
CompensationÂ
Support and enhance compensation programs, including benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure maintenanceÂ
Partner on the design and execution of annual merit and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy and timelinessÂ
Analyze market data and internal trends to provide insights and recommendationsÂ
Maintain compensation documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsÂ
Process and audit compensation changes in HR systemsÂ
BenefitsÂ
Administer day-to-day benefits programs including 401k/retirement plans, ensuring a high level of service and accuracyÂ
Lead open enrollment execution, including coordination, communication, and system readinessÂ
Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) in a compliant and timely mannerÂ
Partner with brokers and vendors to support benefits offerings and resolve issuesÂ
Monitor market trends and support benefits benchmarking effortsÂ
HR Operations & HRISÂ
Own HR data integrity, audits, and reporting processesÂ
Enter new hire paperwork into HRIS and benefits systemsÂ
Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metricsÂ
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilityÂ
Ensure accurate and timely employee data management within HR systems (SuitePeople, ADP)Â
Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows and improve the employee experienceÂ
Compliance, HR Administration & Cross-TrainingÂ
Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company requirementsÂ
Support compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, audits, and other regulatory needs)Â
Ensure HR processes align with federal, state, and local regulationsÂ
Act as back-up for payroll to cover vacation, absences, etc.Â
Bachelor's degree requiredÂ
5+ years of experience in HR operations, total rewards, or related functionsÂ
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsÂ
Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills (written and verbal)Â
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsÂ
Proficiency in HR systems (SuitePeople, ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft OfficeÂ
Experience in professional services, engineering, construction, or project-based environmentsÂ
Multi-state HR experience supporting distributed teamsÂ
Experience supporting a blended workforce (office and field employees, multiple pay types)Â
M&A integration or rapid growth experienceÂ
SHRM-CP or HRCI certificationÂ
