The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Leader to support daily Donation Center Operations while helping lead a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll oversee donation flow, support team operations, and help ensure donors have a positive and welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Support daily donation center operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment

  • Lead by example by delivering outstanding donor and customer service

  • Receive, organize, and oversee handling of donated items

  • Help maintain smooth operational flow for wares and textiles

  • Maintain accurate donor logs and provide donation receipts when needed

  • Assist with training and supporting team members

  • Ensure safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies are followed

  • Collaborate with transportation and store teams to support productivity and operational goals

  • Support loss prevention, safety checks, and overall donation center organization

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

  • Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
