You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current tenants, addressing their needs, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. By effectively marketing our properties and understanding market trends, you will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and enhancing tenant satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact the growth and reputation of our leasing portfolio in the Ohio region.

  • Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available properties.

Skills:

The required skills of strong communication and interpersonal abilities will be utilized daily as you interact with prospective and current tenants, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly. Customer service experience will help you navigate tenant concerns effectively, fostering a positive living environment. Knowledge of the local housing market will enable you to provide valuable insights to potential tenants, enhancing their leasing experience. Familiarity with leasing software will streamline your workflow, allowing you to manage applications and tenant records efficiently. Overall, these skills will empower you to build lasting relationships and contribute to the overall success of our leasing operations.
