Client Services Specialist
Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
$25.00 per hour
Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:30pm
Lockbourne, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to client orders, inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints
  • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, or service concerns
  • Identify the cause of client problems and determine the best solutions
  • Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of client service experience
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding required
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with solid documentation and organizational skills
  • Quality-focused with active listening and follow-through abilities
