Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Development, Brand, and Innovation teams to ensure packaging aligns with product positioning, consumer insight, and marketing strategy.
Partner with Operations, Procurement, and external suppliers or design agencies to deliver high-quality execution and creative consistency.
Communicate design rationale effectively, bridging creative vision with technical feasibility.
Trend, Insight & Brand Alignment
Stay ahead of design, lifestyle, and packaging trends, connecting what's next to our brand identity and seasonal storytelling.
Contribute to evolving the brand's visual and structural design language, ensuring relevance and distinctiveness across categories.
Support creative storytelling in seasonal innovation and strategic launches.
Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
Integrate sustainable design principles into packaging innovation, supporting the brand's circularity and environmental goals.
Seek opportunities to enhance design efficiency, improve material use, and advance new sustainable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong portfolio showcasing design innovation, packaging creativity, and brand storytelling.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a large or global CPG organization.
Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging production.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with experience using modern 3D modeling or AI-powered tools to accelerate design iteration.
