About the job:
The Printing Services Coordinator helps support the incoming/current workflow of the department. Primary areas of responsibility include customer support: answer phone and emails, process/assign incoming orders using an online storefront, and manipulate customer files. Operation support: maintain inventory levels, place service calls, order supplies, and serve as backup support for shipping/mailing as needed. Work collaboratively with the members of Printing Services and other Trinity Health ministries to create an effective workflow, while reviewing specifications to find opportunities to produce most efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Executes a continuous performance improvement approach to continually challenge the
region to reduce cost while maintaining quality while utilizing key performance indicators and other data to measure and monitor performance.
- Customer Support: Provide customer support by answering/returning customer calls and emails. Place and process orders/quotes using an online storefront system. Onboard new customers by adding data into online storefront.
- Operation Support: Place orders for department supplies. Place service calls for various equipment as needed. Maintain weekly inventory of paper stocks and supplies.
- Workflow Support: Performs basic file manipulation and modifications as needed to incoming customer artwork. Reviews for opportunities to add improved efficiency/cost reduction.
- Backup Support: Provide backup for shipping and mailing functions as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Demonstrate high level computer skills.
- Proficient in spelling and grammar.
- Demonstrate an outgoing and engaging attitude with customers.
- Prefer prior print production experience working in a commercial or in-plant environment.
- Prefer basic competence in current design/print production software applications.
- Prefer basic competence in current Microsoft office software applications.
- Position requires the ability to push or lift equal to or greater than 30 lbs. Working above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, walking, turning/pivoting, and keyboarding. Must be able to maintain professionalism when approached by unsatisfied customers.
